CANCELLATION POLICY
ONLINE TRAININGS
Deposits are not refundable. Once you sign up to an online offering you are financially committed to fulfil any payment plans or outstanding fees.
If something comes up during the training and you need to defer then you are welcome to join us for the next training but payments must be honoured.
If you have had any major physical or emotional illness within the past 5 years, or are under medical or psychiatric supervision, you must notify us of the details at the time of booking.
IN PERSON TRAININGS AND RETREATS
Due to shifts in policies since COVID we can no longer offer refunds for in person trainings or retreats for any reason including but not limited to: natural disasters, acts of terrorism, pandemics, illness, health conditions, lockdowns of any kind, medical or personal or family or work emergencies, bankruptcy, or change of mind.
If you are unable to reach the retreat or training due to unforeseen circumstances of any reason, including but not limited to: loss of job, travel bans, lockdowns, weather circumstances, and missed, delayed, or canceled flights, training/retreat/workshop fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. .
We encourage you to purchase travel cancellation insurance and health insurance.
We reserve the right to remove a participant from the program if their behavior is disruptive. In such an event, no refunds will be made for travel, meal, or accommodation or training.
GRIEVANCE POLICY
Our community is structured in a circular way where everyone in invited to take ownership, to lead and support the whole. We only have female facilitators to avoid the issue of sexual misconduct and to create a safe space for women. If ever you feel there has been any unethical behaviour from a student or teacher and you want to report a grievance then we are here for you.
Please include as much detail as possible in your report and we will also only accept first person accounts. Include your name, email, who the grievance is agains, a description, date, location and the details of any witnesses. Please sent your report to immerse@samavesa.yoga
We will look at this as a collective, through the expertise and holding of our faculty and, where appropriate, we may seek counsel from our supervisors and teachers. All reports will be treated with care, respect and confidentiality.
RETALIATION POLICY
We prohibit retaliation against anyone for reporting a violation of our Code of Conduct or other policies, or for participating in an investigation relating to a violation of our Code of Conduct or other policies.
ATTENDANCE POLICY
For the 250hr and the 300hr training, you are expected to attend 70% of all live calls. If you attend less than 50% you will not certify. All assessments, quizzes and assignments must be submitted and completed. If you miss more than 50% and still wish to certify you must make up the hours through private tutoring and mentorship with a member of the faculty. This will be based at the standard rate of £75 per hour.
