Never wear too small shoes

Never wear too small shoes

Hey love,

I was at a friend’s the other weekend and one of the guests shared some wisdom from her Grandmother who used to say ‘never wear shoes that are too small for you’. It felt like a hug from my Nana and got me thinking about the deeper layers of meaning.

For me, she was saying…

🤍 We often don’t recognise how big we are, or have become

🤍 We surround ourselves with people and ideas that keep us bound

🤍 We can very easily limit ourselves

🤍 We will often choose to stay small, despite bursting at the seams

🤍 We confine ourselves and force ourselves into situations we have outgrown

Sometimes we are on catch up. Especially if we have been in a process, like training or therapy. It can take a long time for us to see ourselves, to see how much we’ve grown, to acknowledge all the things we have learnt and the experiences that have expanded who we are and how we see.

I’ve been experiencing a slow dawn recently, as I’m starting to see how massive Samāveśa has become. She is throbbing with potential and until recently I was still viewing the School as my side gig. You know, just something I do on Sundays.

So, as we come to the end of the 2022-2023 training, we are making plans.

Here is a little taste of what’s to come:

🤍 Monthly membership with community, embodiment and sādhanā

🤍 Group Coaching for healers and teachers who want to grow community and income

🤍 Colombia retreat in La Sierra Nevada May 2024

🤍 300hr Advanced Training online and in person June-Aug 2024

🤍 100hr Advanced modules online and in person June-Aug 2024

🤍 250hr Facilitator Training September 2024

If you have ideas, suggestions, questions, invitations, excitements, curiosities then send them my way.

I always love hearing from you.

Collette
